Casual Sunday; Stroll & Mudgee Heritage Walking Tour

Date: Sunday 27 October 2024. To end October with a walk like no other!

Activity: Casual Sunday Stroll & Mudgee Heritage Walking Tour -Rather than heading bush, we are going to explore Mudgee! After a pleasant stroll on the Mudgee Sculpture Trail and then a loop out to Putta Bucca Wetlands, we will be immersed in the history of Mudgee and the broader region, courtesy of Ned Dickson from Mudgee Heritage Walking Tours.

The day begins with: 7:30am: Meet at corner of Church and Short Streets, Mudgee. Approx 2 hr/6km stroll along Sculpture Trail out to Putta Bucca Wetlands return. 9:30am: Grab a coffee etc 10:00am: Meet at corner of Church and Market Streets, Mudgee. Mudgee Heritage Walking Tour – 1 hr, cost $20p.p  (Please bring cash on the day).

Leader: Mel Trethowan Club Grade: Easy  What you need to bring: $20p.p. cash, PPE gear to suit for the walk and tour, hat, sunscreen hydration and comfortable footwear as walking both to wetlands and town area.
