ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & General Quarterly Meeting

Venue: Presbyterian Church Meeting Room,
(105 Mortimer Street), Mudgee.
A warm welcome is extended to all members and interested persons the venue will be nice and warm, with Tea & Coffee supplied.
A current membership of approx 80, encouraging new members everyday. Club member areas are expansive and cover: Mudgee/Gulgong/Rylstone/Kandos/Cassilis/Grattai that enjoy bushwalking and bike riding with great comradery. The club is entering its 35th year. Day walks to multi-day, club rides most weekdays. Once again asking for the below club positions to be filled.
Club Management Team consists of; President, Vice President, Secretary,- (Person of Contact), Treasurer and Public Officer. All working alongside: a committee of; Minutes Secretary, Safety Officer, Riders’ Representative, Website/FB and IT, with up to 6 others to assist on the committee with planning and decision making to assist with members requests and safety. The club has three Life Members who remain an ongoing key to the club.
Annual membership runs from 1st June to 31 May. Please ensure your membership is up to date for the AGM. Please RSVP:
