The Mudgee Bushwalking and Bike Riding Club Inc, held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and General Quarterly Meeting on 14 June 2023. A warm welcome for all that attended. All office bearer’s were thanked for their fine efforts throughout the year. The committee going from strength to strength each time. The elections were conducted by Public Officer -Glen Hill. Congratulations and welcome to the following members in your roles in moving the club forward for 2023-2024. However!!!
BEFORE THE AGM BEGAN President Victoria McAdam presented Joe Doyle the honor of becoming a LIFE MEMBER. Joe has been a long-time member of the club, formed many good friends and watched the club grow in leaps and bounds from his bicycle and tackling the tracks that the Leader’s had on the program. Congratulations Joe.
Outgoing Secretary: Elly Rands (pictured above-centre) was rewarded for all her amazing work in being the “hub of the club” in her secretarial role for many years. Through Elly’s hard work and dedication the club had nominated her for an award in a recent Australia Day Ceremony held in Rylstone. Thank you Elly for all your inspiration and keep checking on the incoming Secretary to be mindful of the shoes she is replacing & wearing.!
