Walk Report by: TBA (#5 for 2023). Coricudgy to Widden Valley (Easter) Good Friday 7 April to the rescheduled date (due to the terrain) arriving home Wednesday 12 April 2023.
A small contingent of (3) club members were keeping an eye on the weather for this one, and after much initial preparation and support crew lined up – the trip began early Friday.
Location: Coricudgy to Widden Valley Adventure Walk and Camp, via Mt Coricudgy, Hunter Main Trail and Blackwater Creek. Leader: Eric Caswell Maps Ref’s: Coricudgy 8932-2n, Mount Pomany 8932-1S Walk duration 4 days, Walk distance approximately 54 km Walk degree of difficulty 6 (scale 1-10) because of the grid nature and terrain. Club Safety equipment including the Garmin to be carried.
