An informative session was held Thursday 16th July 2026, hosted by the club and a free event for club members to become familiar with the First Aid procedures; focusing on
CPR, Defib, Fractures and Lacerations with Karl Fletcher.

Secondly; great to see members participating – Colin H, Michael, Lisa, Joe C, Carey, John Mc, Tony, Mark, Dean, Ole & Greta, Sue, Angela, Bill W, Bill K, Joby. I know we all took away some more tips to assist while we are enjoying our club activities. Thank you to Bill K for arranging session and encouraging members throughout the process.
